An occasion such as today cannot be ignored - I am so blessed to say, happy anniversary to me!
It's been so long since I've written a post it is hard to know where to start with the update. I'll start with the research drug, it was approved by the FDA and is now marketed as Perjeta. I continue to receive Perjeta and Herceptin every three weeks and next week I will receive treatment #121. I love, love, love these drugs! I continue to participate in the long term research of Perjeta, in fact I am one of 78 women worldwide that is being monitored longterm on Perjeta.
I've just been reminded by my husband that we have a date watching one of our favorite shows, Scorpion, so this post must end. I've missed writing but I've been busy living life.
I'm blessed over and over again with each day that I have. I am humbled to still be here - to love and be loved and to still be a part of my grandchildren's lives and I pray to give hope to those in need.
I am grateful daily for my life and pray that I never fail to be grateful or to honor God.
